I believe in quality, not quantity. So I will end here. But before ending, let me tell you the history behind Holi.

There was a boy. His name was Prahlad. He was the son of King Hiranyakashyap. Prahlad was devoted to Lord Vishnu. He used to worship Lord Vishnu all the time.

But Prahlad's Vishnu Bhakti angered his egoistic father Hiranyakashyap. He thought why should anybody else be worshipped when there was already a King present in the Kingdom. He dissuaded Prahlad from worshipping Lord Vishnu, but to no avail.

To help Hiranyakashyap, his sister Holika offered help. This Holika had the power to sit in fire without getting harmed. So she suggested to sit in fire with Prahlad in her lap. The King agreed despite his wife's protestations.

However, when Holika sat in fire with Prahlad, his Vishnu Bhakti reaped result. He was continuously chanting praises of Lord Vishnu. As a result, Holika got burnt by fire and Prahlad came out unharmed.

Holi is about celebrating the win of faith, the defeat of hatred and ego.
